Flywings Simulator Training Centre Limited, incorporated in 2011 and headquartered in Gurugram, Haryana, is an aviation training infrastructure provider specializing in Safety and Emergency Procedures (SEP) training for airline cabin and cockpit crew. Operating through a B2B model with major domestic carriers—including IndiGo, Air India, SpiceJet, and Vistara—the company provides simulator-based training using specialized equipment like door trainers, emergency evacuation simulators, and fire trainers. The company launched its ₹57.05 Crore SME IPO (comprising a ₹47.99 Cr fresh issue and a ₹9.05 Cr offer for sale) on the NSE SME platform with a price band of ₹181 to ₹191 per equity share. Fresh proceeds are allocated toward purchasing pilot training equipment (~₹35.34 Cr) and general corporate purposes.
